Those are tires.  I am glad the car was right there so the photo had some scale.  I love living right next to a port.

My first ever experience with playing Red Dead Redemption.  I had to play the whole intro again.  I fell into the glorious Sun Realm and when I dismounted my horse, discovered a facade town.
